How To Send Your Gift To Your Loved One

If you ONLY purchased the 30 Minute Singer Lifetime Pass + 1-on-1 Lesson:

(1) You will receive an email in the next 5-10 minutes with the subject line "KTVA Gift Certificate Enclosed". Be sure to check your 'Spam' and 'Promotions' folders for the email, it oftentimes gets sent there

(2) That email will contain a one-time-use coupon code

(3) Forward that email to the gift recipient. It will contain all the instructions they need to redeem their gift certificate

If you purchased BOTH the 30 Minute Singer Lifetime Pass + 1-on-1 Lesson AND the KTVA Forever Pass:

(1) You will receive two emails in the next 5-10 minutes. One with the subject line "KTVA Gift Certificate Enclosed", and the other with the subject line "KTVA Forever Pass Enclosed". Be sure to check your 'Spam' and 'Promotions' folders for the emails, they oftentimes get sent there

(2) Open the email with the subject line "KTVA Forever Pass Enclosed"

(3) You ONLY need to forward this email (with the Forever Pass certificate) to the gift recipient; it will contain all the instructions they need to redeem their gift certificate. This gift certificate will give them access to 30 Minute Singer and the free 1-on-1, in addition to all other KTVA courses

(4) Sorry that you're receiving two emails instead of just one! We tried to find a less messy solution, but our silly system made us do it this way :-)
